Returns must be received by Tire Chains Required within 15 days of delivery date. Tire Chains Required will not accept any returned goods unless authorized in advance and accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization number marked on the outside of the package. Unauthorized shipments will be returned at the sender's expense. All products must be returned in their original package and be in new resalable condition. Authorization must be obtained from the Customer Service Department by calling 207-465-7276 or emailing email@example.com. All authorized goods must be sent prepaid and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
The customer is responsible for charges that may be incurred upon refusal of a shipment. Original Shipping charges are not refundable.
