All returns must be authorized by Tire Chains Required. Please contact a customer service representative by email if you have a problem with your order.

Returns must be received by Tire Chains Required within 15 days of delivery date. Tire Chains Required will not accept any returned goods unless authorized in advance and accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization number marked on the outside of the package. Unauthorized shipments will be returned at the sender's expense. All products must be returned in their original package and be in new resalable condition. Authorization must be obtained from the Customer Service Department by calling 207-465-7276 or emailing sales@tirechainsrequired.com. All authorized goods must be sent prepaid and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

The customer is responsible for charges that may be incurred upon refusal of a shipment. Original Shipping charges are not refundable.

Products on this website are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials used for a period of thirty (30) days. No other warranty, expressed or implied, including warranty of merchantability and fitness for a specific application, is given and no such claim of the Seller, by words, actions or other deeds shall constitute a warranty.
